Booking Conditions
Important information
1. Payment accepted in CASH (local currency), payable in full upon check-in. Check-in time is 2pm / checkout at 12noon. Reception opens from 9:30am - 11:00pm daily. Arrivals outside reception opening hours will be entertained provided you email at least ONE DAY in advance please! Please email mjoy@citybackpackers.com.sg if you are arriving very early or very late. Please call us at the airport if you don't have a cell/mobile phone.
2. Full rate applies even for check-in past midnight. We can store your luggage if you arrive early. Charges apply for luggage storage after check-out BEYOND 6pm (due to limited space)
3. Cancellation / No-Show policy:
- Less than 48 hrs notice before arrival, no cancellation allowed. Entire stay will be chargeable (also for no show)
- Notice given between 48 hrs-7 days before arrival day, one night say will be chargeable.
- More than 7 days notice, cancellation is allowed. No Charges.
